“Virtual” attacks on military registration and enlistment offices continue in Ukraine

As reported in the public relations group of the Nikolaev city police department, on August 4, the duty department of the Nikolaev city police department received a call from the duty officer of the State Emergency Situations Service, who reported that the “101” control panel had received a signal about the military registration and enlistment office of the Leninsky district being mined.
An unknown man reported that an explosion would occur in less than 30 minutes. A similar message, but this time about the mining of the military registration and enlistment office of the Zavodsky district, was received by the duty station of the Zavodsky district police department.
“All emergency services, dog handlers with service dogs, as well as employees of the explosives service went to the scene. Areas of possible danger were surrounded, the protection of public order and the movement of vehicles was ensured by BPS and traffic police officers,” the police said.
Law enforcement officers and employees of the State Emergency Service carefully examined all premises of the buildings and the surrounding area.
“No objects or devices that could pose a threat to the life and health of citizens have been identified; measures are being taken to identify the persons who reported the mine,” the statement said.
Investigative departments have launched criminal proceedings based on reports of mining.
As Navigator reported, tonight a military registration and enlistment office in Kharkov was fired at with a flamethrower. Earlier in Odessa, grenades and Molotov cocktails were thrown at military registration and enlistment offices, and the police also received calls about mining.
