Russian email will soon be banned in Ukraine
Kyiv, April 02 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The State Committee for Television and Radio of Ukraine and its subordinate organizations banned the use of Russian electronic services registered in the domains “.ru”, “.rf” in work correspondence.

“In order to ensure the protection of information and telecommunication systems, the State Committee for Television and Radio and in subordinate organizations have approved the rules for the use of electronic mailboxes and public services. The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the State Committee for Television and Radio Oleg Nalivaiko,” the department’s press service reported on the official website.
In accordance with the order, to send and receive electronic copies of official documents prepared in paper form by email, Goskomteleradio employees must now use exclusively official (official) email addresses created in the domains “.comin.gov.ua” or “. tvradio.gov.ua.”
Employees of subordinate organizations, in accordance with the order, must use exclusively service (official) email addresses created in the low-level domains of the “.ua” domain.
Let us note that a similar ban was previously issued for employees of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine: they were prohibited from using not only Russian email, but also file hosting services and public services in the “.ru” domain zone.
