Kyiv, July 21 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a bill to approve the decree “On partial mobilization”.

The Verkhovna Rada website reports that the document was registered in parliament on July 21.

It should be noted that earlier Verkhovna Rada Speaker Alexander Turchynov said that on Tuesday the parliament would consider the presidential decree on partial mobilization. According to Turchinov, this will allow for the rotation of military personnel.

Deputies must approve this decree within two days of signing in order for it to come into force.

Let us remind you that on March 2, Alexander Turchinov, being acting The president, by his order, put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), according to which mobilization was announced in Ukraine.
