A border regime is being introduced in Ukraine for the front-line zone and areas adjacent to Crimea
Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatva) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will introduce a border regime for a number of districts and settlements in the Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov regions, as well as two districts of the Kherson region, from February 10 for the duration of the ATO.

This is stated in government resolution No. 38 of January 30, “Some issues of increasing the level of national security of Ukraine,” published on the CMU website.
According to the document, such a regime is being introduced in order to increase the level of national security of Ukraine, ensure the safety of citizens, protect their rights and freedoms, legitimate interests and based on the principles of the inviolability of the state border, territorial integrity, political and economic independence and sovereignty of Ukraine.
The border regime will be introduced from February 10 in the cities of Donetsk, Avdeevka, Artemovsk, Ugledar, Gorlovka, Dzerzhinsk, Debaltsevo, Dokuchaevsk, Selidovo (Donetsk region); Artemovsky, Volnovakha, Volodarsky, Konstantinovsky, Krasnoarmeysky, Maryinsky, Yasinovatsky districts of the Donetsk region. It also spreads to the territories of Lutuginsky, Novoaydarsky, Perevalsky, Popasnyansky, Slavyanoserbsky, Starobelsky districts of the Luhansk region; Bogodukhovsky district, Kharkov region; as well as Novotroitsky and Chaplinsky districts of the Kherson region.
