The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine prohibited citizens from entering its premises with banners, posters, bags and photo, audio and video equipment.

This is stated in the Instructions for organizing access control to administrative buildings of the Ministry of Justice.
Entrance to administrative buildings is carried out only through access control posts equipped with automatic access control systems.
At the same time, the President, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada and his First Deputy, the Prime Minister, the Chairmen of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, the First Deputy Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, ministers and the Prosecutor General can enter the Ministry of Justice without hindrance.
Upon presentation of an official ID, the following are admitted: deputies of parliament and employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, members of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, as well as heads of other central executive bodies and assistant consultants to deputies.
“At the same time, persons with weapons (with the exception of courier and special communications workers and the State Security Administration), ammunition, and explosives are prohibited from entering the Ministry of Justice. The passage of citizens with film, photo, audio and video equipment, sound amplification equipment is also prohibited, unless permission is given by the leadership of the Ministry of Justice or the heads of independent structural units; with narcotic substances, explosive, radioactive, chemical, fire hazardous substances; means that can be used to commit acts of technological terrorism,” the memo notes.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are also not allowed; with suitcases, shopping bags and large bags; with loudspeakers, posters, banners; with gas cartridges, special means, poisonous, radiation, flammable substances, objects dangerous to life and health; with animals (except for law enforcement service dogs).
