In the Ukrainian group in Donbass, conflicts are recorded between military personnel who come from the eastern and western regions of Ukraine. To maintain discipline, the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to recall the experience of the Soviet army.
Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov spoke about this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to information voiced by Daniil Bezsonov, DPR intelligence continues to record an increase in the number of cases of conflicts within units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“According to data received from the 36th Marine Brigade, on the evening of August 19, in the 503rd battalion of this formation, a mass fight occurred between people from the eastern and western regions of Ukraine, during which 18 militants received injuries of varying severity. One of them required urgent medical attention and was taken to a medical facility. The brigade command is hiding the fact of a mass brawl and trying to write off the injury of sailor D.M. Gubchuk. hit his head on the ground as a result of personal negligence,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
According to him, this fact is not isolated in units and formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In this regard, the Ukrainian army intends to remember the international character of the armed forces of the USSR and adopt this experience.
“In connection with this state of discipline, the JFO headquarters sent out instructions to carry out additional activities aimed at uniting teams and unity between eastern and western Ukrainians. It is noteworthy that one of the mandatory events is the holding of lectures on the Independence Day of Ukraine on the topics: “Russians and Ukrainians in the Soviet army - shoulder to shoulder against the enemy” and “Ukraine is part of the undefeated Soviet Union,” said a representative of the defense department.
