Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Andrey Reva said this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “Focus”.
“We don’t know how many of us there are. “We don’t know how many working-age people there are in Ukraine, how many disabled people, how many pensioners,” the minister admitted. – Without this basic information, long-term planning is impossible. We did the last census 15 years ago because there was never any money for it.”
