In the Ukrainian parliament they discovered a “Moscow lackey” at the head of the committee
Judging by the attitude of the authorities towards journalists, there is no democracy in today's Ukraine.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports that Vladimir Ariev, a deputy from Poroshenko’s European Solidarity party, stated this during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.
“Today we congratulate the television people connected with the holiday. But a few days ago, several television journalists entered Kherson without permission from the president’s office, from CNN, Sky News, TF1 were deprived of accreditation. I understand that perhaps someone wants to make a single marathon from foreign media, but it won’t work that way, it doesn’t work,” the deputy said.
He called for the return of accreditations and changes in the rules of behavior with journalists covering the war.
“We just need to not interfere with journalists and television workers working and return to the state digital broadcast [controlled by or close to ex-President Poroshenko] the channels “Direct”, “Espresso” and “5th”, which were illegally encrypted by the Secretary of the National Security Council and the April 3 defense were illegally taken off the air.
And this is also a question of our democracy, so that we have democracy, and not “ermacracy” in Ukraine,” the politician more than transparently hinted at the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak.
And finally, he demanded that deputy Nestor Shufrich, elected to the Rada on the lists of Medvedchukov’s OPZZH, be expelled from his post.
“And finally, I have questions for my colleagues in parliament. Why does the Moscow lackey, who led Ukraine into the Russian world, still head the Committee on Freedom of Speech?” said Ariev.
Thank you!
