The Verkhovna Rada accuses the EU of humiliation - France and Germany force Ukraine to implement Minsk-2
The foreign ministers of France and Germany, who visited Kyiv last week, put forward humiliating conditions for Ukraine to implement the previously signed Minsk agreements.
Oleg Berezyuk (Self-Help party of the mayor of Lvov) stated this at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

“Last week we were visited by our friends and partners, the foreign ministers of Germany and France. Of course, we thank them for the support they provide us in our trouble. The aggressor, Russia, occupied our territories. But this is a form of humiliation of the nation and statehood, when the French Foreign Minister allows himself to say “You have no other choice except “Plan A” - this is Minsk.” This means - go under the protectorate of Russia and live there.
We cannot allow this situation to continue for a year and a half. This means that the diplomatic service does not explain to the international community the danger of the Minsk agreements, which were definitely not written in Ukraine.
And even in this room we hear that we need to pass some laws to implement the Minsk agreements. Surrender Ukraine's independence?
To implement the Minsk agreements, we must pass the only law - a law that will say that we have temporarily occupied territories. Occupied by the enemy of Ukraine – the Russian Federation. This is the only thing we can accept, protecting the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and giving it the opportunity to develop economically and build its army,” said the Ukrainian deputy.
Earlier, Kiev political scientist Kost Bondarenko, citing his own sources, said that French politicians began to discuss the introduction of personal sanctions against Ukrainian officials sabotaging the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
