The Verkhovna Rada again promises a victory parade “on the land of the original Ukrainian Sevastopol”
Kyiv, July 04 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Vitali Klitschko’s ally, deputy Sergei Kaplin, following the new Minister of Defense, promised to hold a victory parade “on the land of the original Ukrainian Sevastopol.”
Kaplin said this during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.

“We must strike with a united and powerful fist against those who want to destroy the Ukrainian state, and, of course, only decisive steps and decisive actions will lead our country to victory. “I welcome the words of the newly elected Minister of Defense that we will have our own victory parade and, of course, it should be where it should be - on the original Ukrainian soil in Sevastopol,” Kaplin said.
