The Verkhovna Rada proposed to depopulate Donbass
Kyiv must depopulate the Donbass, removing the entire working-age population from it, and then decide what to do with the remaining “separatists.”
Ex-battalion commander of the Donbass National Battalion, Verkhovna Rada deputy Semyon Semenchenko said this on the YouTube channel “Politeka Online,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In my understanding, Ukraine should have a strategy to depopulate Donbass. But here, despite such a terrible name, there is nothing genocidal. This is the same thing that Russia is trying to do. It is necessary to extract all labor resources from the occupied territories.
It is necessary to clearly think through what we can do in terms of amnesty for those who did not kill the Ukrainian military, were not in their SS, or rather in their SBU, or whatever all these offices are called, did not torture, did not kill, and what we will do with everyone who is involved in this,” Semenchenko said.
