Kyiv, December 22 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Verkhovna Rada Speaker Vladimir Groysman’s mention of a banquet for deputies before the New Year turned into an incriminating speech by the notorious Oleg Lyashko at a meeting of the conciliation council of factions.

Lyashko began to reproach the speaker for the inappropriateness of the banquet during the crisis.
“Very modest,” Groysman tried to justify himself.
“The best gift for people is the scalp or skin of Ukrainian oligarchs, and not Ukrainian education, medicine or kindergartens. We will not vote for the budget if we do not see de-oligarchization! The easiest way is to tighten the belts of all citizens, and we need to start doing this with the oligarchs, ministers, officials, deputies, and not limit secondary education, stop transporting children to schools, stop funding meals in schools. Social rebellion will come from these reforms – and not from special budget revenues!” - Lyashko warned.
