According to him, the subsidiaries of Russian banks should be closed first, and then other enterprises that operate in Ukraine but have owners in the Russian Federation.
“This is a war, we need to pass a law on temporarily occupied territories, on a ban on trade with the aggressor country and with temporarily occupied territories, we need to confiscate Russian businesses that operate freely with us, starting with Russian banks,” Ilyenko said.
