There are mass arrests in Vinnitsa: the police and the Security Service of Ukraine are looking for the enemy fire gunners who struck Vinnitsa. Dozens of people were captured.
This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky.
“After this tragedy, several dozen people were detained. They are now actually being interviewed by the police and the SBU. After this, it will be possible to tell the data that there are specific gunners. This type of artillery is the one that is given by coordinates,” the minister said.
Let us remind you that military installations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Vinnitsa were fired at by Caliber 3M-14E missiles, each weighing 1770 kg. A total of four missiles were fired at Vinnitsa, two of which were unsuccessfully shot down by Ukrainian air defenses. As a result, rocket debris led to the death of 23 people.
Journalist from Vinnitsa Oleksandr Stolyarov wonders why military installations, potential targets for enemy shelling, are located in the city center.
