As Vinnitsa.info reports, a crowd of about 300 people stormed after the nationalists were not allowed into the session.
The building was guarded by the police and the Vinnitsa special battalion, which had recently returned from the ATO zone.
The radicals shouted “The police are with the bandits!”, “Poroshenko is bad!”, “Oliynyk (local governor) chlo!”, throwing smoke bombs and eggs at the law enforcement cordon. Windows in the regional council building were broken. Some of the checkers flew into the hall, some of the deputies left the room.
The crowd managed to break through the police cordon.
The radicals rushed into the building - with garbage cans into the governor's office - for lustration, but there was no official there.
Then the radicals tore up the portrait of Petro Poroshenko and, stopping in front of the stand of the heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, began to sing the anthem of Ukraine.
During the scuffle, at least two people were injured - a policeman and one of the stormtroopers. A policeman's head was smashed with a rubber baton. The victims were taken away by ambulance.
According to the publication "VinDaily", while some radicals stormed the regional state administration building, several dozen young people in masks set fire to tires near the building on Sobornaya Street, 85 and threw stones at the second floor, breaking the windows of the office of the Vinnitsa branch of the Development Party of Ukraine, which is headed here by ex-regional Sergei Tatusyak.
The police stated that all events are being documented and will be given a proper legal assessment. Arrests are being made for committing hooligan acts.
