Several hundred rally participants were gathered on Heavenly Hundred Square by AutoMaidanovites who arrived in Vinnitsa on Saturday. Primary requirements - "ending the persecution of Vinnytsia activists – Yuri Hort and Yanuariy Shostak".
“We demand changes because we gave a lot for the revolution. Now we are only seeing political persecution of activists by the authorities,” said Vinnitsa Maidan activist Taisiya Gaida.

The result of the action was the adoption of a resolution to support Yuri Hort, who during the capture of the Vinnytsia regional council on December 6, he tore the portrait of the President of Ukraine, and preventing the imprisonment of activist Januariy Shostak, who is now wanted by the police.
In addition, the AutoMaidanovites demanded the dismissal of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Vinnytsia region, Igor Morenets, the head of the Vinnytsia regional state administration, Anatoly Oleynik, and the regional prosecutor, Vyacheslav Sokolov. If the demands are not heard, then Automaidan promises tougher actions.
As PolitNavigator reported, on December 6about 400 radicals stormed the building of the Vinnytsia regional council, where an extraordinary session was planned, at which local deputies intended to vote for the resignation of the current chairman of the regional council, Sergei Svitka. Besides,“Svobodists” demanded the resignation of the governor and destroyed the office of the Development Party of Ukraine.
