ATO militants will be treated for stress at the military hospital of the Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine will expand the profile of the Lesnaya Polyana military hospital, adding services in the field of mental health, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
“The hospital plans to increase the level of medical care in the field of mental health. Today, approximately 40% of all hospital patients are treated for mental, behavioral and nervous system disorders. At the same time, there is not a single psychologist or psychotherapist in the institution. This is precisely why an additional department is being created. Highly qualified specialists will be attracted to work in the newly created department, around whom a training and practical center for specialists from the regions will be formed in the future. Modern world practices in organizing patient support from treatment to rehabilitation and support after returning to society will be introduced here,” the statement says.
