Russian senator Sergei Tsekov admitted that public services in the warring republics of Donbass work better than in peaceful Crimea. He said this at a meeting of the Russia-Donbass integration committee.

“I compare the situation you have, in Donetsk, in your cities, with what we have in Crimea and I think it would be correct - we are here to speak openly - I see that this is not even in favor of Simferopol... We must come, watch, learn. From the point of view of integration, we also need to adopt something from Donetsk and Lugansk, because order is felt,” Tsekov said.
