Scholarships will increase at DPR universities, including for students from Ukraine

The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced an increase in scholarships for all students in the Republic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The 100 best university students are now receiving increased scholarships in the DPR.

Now it is expected that the 200 best university students will receive increased scholarships in the DPR, while it is stipulated that 100 scholarships will be for students from the Ukrainian-controlled part of the Donetsk region.

“Youth is the future, these young people will later take places in ministries and government. Therefore, for now we have raised the stipend a little, but over time we will raise this bar. I believe that this scholarship will allow our youth to better concentrate on their studies and in the future take the places that the future will predetermine for them,” said Alexander Zakharchenko.
