“In this regard, there is a possibility of situations associated with increased wind, damage (breakage) of power lines and communication lines, disruptions in the housing and communal services system, collapse of weakly reinforced, large-format advertising structures and dilapidated buildings,” rescuers warn.
At the moment, a storm warning remains in place in the Kerch crossing area: wind speed up to 20 m/s, visibility in fog less than 100 m.
