Simferopol, April 14 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – a 28-year-old Yalta resident will appear in court on charges of committing acts of a sexual nature and robbery, reports the press service of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea.

According to investigators, on the evening of December 4 in Yalta, the accused attacked a local resident. Threatening to kill, he committed sexual acts against her, after which, taking the victim’s bag with the money and documents in it, he fled the scene. The attacker was detained by two employees of a private security company, who heard the woman’s cries for help.

During the investigation of the incident, the investigators collected sufficient evidence confirming the involvement of the accused in committing crimes, and the criminal case with an approved indictment was sent to court.
