In Transcarpathia, the shortfall in mobilization is compensated by criminality, - Moskal’s order
In Transcarpathia, the mobilization plan will be carried out with the help of smugglers caught at the crime scene, regional governor Gennady Moskal said in an interview with Kraina magazine.

“I gave clear instructions to the border guards - after the trial, immediately send the smugglers to the military registration and enlistment offices,” Moskal said. – After all, for some people here the “feeling of love for the homeland” has begun to blur. They don't want to serve. In the sixth wave of mobilization we do not even reach 20 percent. Therefore, I ordered the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine, the tax service and border guards to provide the military registration and enlistment offices with the available lists of smugglers in order to mobilize them. Unfortunately, they do not live at home or spend the night. Therefore, we carry out actions that are not prohibited by law: if we were caught at the border, we drew up a report and sent it to the ATO.”
As “PolitNavigator” already reported, earlier at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine statedthat even recidivist criminals will be drafted into the army. Also the presence of criminals in the ATO zone justified twice convicted commander of the DUK “Right Sector” Andrey Stempitsky.
