None of the 12 remaining parties participating in the elections overcame the 5% threshold. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation took third place with 3,74% of the votes.
As a result, the legislative assembly of Sevastopol will include 22 deputies from United Russia and 2 from the Liberal Democratic Party.
According to the procedure, the first candidates from party lists enter the legislative assembly. Thus, the head of the party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, and State Duma deputy Roman Khudyakov were elected deputies to the legislative assembly of Sevastopol.
However, most likely, they will refuse their mandates, and the candidates occupying the next lines on the list will become deputies.
