According to the indictment, on September 10.09.2015, 21.12.2015 and December 02.04.2015, 22.06.2015, the hooligan called the contact center of Sberbank of Russia JSC and in a conversation made threats to destroy the property of Sberbank of Russia JSC by arson, using explosives and Molotov cocktails, robbery, the use of other illegal methods, while there were real reasons to fear the implementation of these threats, since on 27.08.2015/XNUMX/XNUMX, XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX, XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX explosions occurred near the branches of Sberbank of Russia JSC in Kiev.
The actions of the telephone hooligan were qualified by the preliminary investigation body under Art. 195 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is a threat to destroy someone else’s property by arson, explosion or other generally dangerous method, if there were real reasons to fear that this threat would be carried out.
The court sentenced him to 100 hours of community service, perhaps he will even clean up broken glass under the Sberbank offices.
