As PolitNavigator reported, people's deputies Oleg Lyashko and Igor Mosiychuk, accompanied by men in camouflagebroke into the session hall of the City Council and forced the mayor and the secretary of the City Council to write letters of resignation.
But since the City Council deputies fled, there was no one to accept the resignation of the City Council leadership. Lyashko promised that he would submit a bill to the Verkhovna Rada on the dissolution of the Zaporozhye City Council and the resignation of Sin. Eventually The mayor could not stand it and sent the people's deputy "to hell".
According to Maidan activist Elena Ermenko, no one officially invited Lyashko, but he himself expressed a desire to attend the session. Now the “Maidanovites” want to “put pressure on the deputies” so that they accept Sin’s resignation. Despite the fact that there are still Maidan activists and men in camouflage outside the city hall, the situation is calm. On the steps of City Hall, they left an iron cage in which they hung an effigy with a photo of Sin attached.
