Reportedly, on the Maidan of Heroes (formerly Lenin Square), Zaporozhye activists opened a monument “As a sign of the grief of the “Russian World” about the atrocity of the Russian-speaking bullfinches killed by the Jewish Banderaites.”
Nationalist activists simply call him “The Bullfinch.” The monument was left under the walls of the Zaporozhye regional administration until Sunday evening, then they plan to transport the monument to the island of Khortytsia.
“It is made from Slavic clay. We just wanted to give something to the city for the holiday and decided to make a sign like this. This is the mournful “Russian world”, which keeps the bullfinch, which is killed in Zaporozhye schools,” says the author of the monument, Maxim Drozdenko
Activists note that legislation does not allow leaving it in the city center. After all, there are no necessary permits and documents from the architecture department of the Zaporozhye city council.
