In the Zaporozhye region, a pensioner was tortured to death in his own house for $400
A dead pensioner with numerous abrasions and bruises and duct tape on his head, as well as his unconscious wife, were found in their own house in one of the villages of the Kamensko-Dneprovsky district of the Zaporozhye region, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The 79-year-old man had a broken jaw and one finger on his hand was torn off.
His wife, who was found unconscious, also had numerous injuries, including broken bones. She was hospitalized.
$400 was stolen from the house.
An investigation has been launched under Art. 115 (premeditated murder) and 187 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
