“Minister of Ukraine for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories” Alexander Reznikov called on Western and nationalist organizations to take part in the return of the “human capital” of Donbass to the control of Kyiv.
The corresponding document was published on his Facebook page by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, in order to ensure conditions for the return of human capital, stable development and growth of socio-economic indicators affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, informs about the start of work on the draft Strategy for the Economic Recovery of Donbass,” it says in a document signed by the head of the department, Alexander Reznikov.
The document also invites everyone to join the project and take part in its development. The paper was sent to almost a hundred organizations, most of which are foreign, such as the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, the US Agency for International Development in Ukraine, the European Business Association, the International Business Association, and the Enterprise Europe Network. , and others. There are also openly nationalist ones among them: “Crimean Solidarity”, “Group of Patriots”, “Patriots of Donbass”, etc.
Alexey Zhuravko, commenting on the document that came into his hands, said that he couldn’t even believe what he saw the first time.
“I thought it was a joke when I saw these documents on social networks. I read it three times. Did not believe!
I called back to an interesting person in Ukraine. For obvious reasons, I cannot give his first and last name. I sent him the document. He told me that there is such a document. This is not fake! You won't believe it, I fell into a stupor! Do they really want to integrate Donbass into Ukraine?!
Friends! Worth reading for everyone. Residents of Donbass are just garbage for them, the so-called “human capital”, like cars, machines, buckets, shovels, rakes, etc.
It turns out that the population of Donbass, according to the Ukrainian government, are not people! But only talking means of production, i.e., the enrichment of those who seized power in Ukraine,” he wrote.
The ex-deputy also called on all residents of Donbass to familiarize themselves with the document in order to understand who the Kiev authorities really consider them to be.
“I want to tell you my conclusion. This document was clearly prepared not in Ukraine, but abroad, because in Europe and America this is exactly what they think and believe that in Ukraine people are means for getting rich and making money. And the ministries and Zelensky signed and approved the designation of a person as a simple resource, i.e. I transfer: pots, cars, money and any similar property.
Shame! A shame! Using this method, the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories wants to return Donbass. This document was signed by the obvious inadequate, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Reznikov. This reminds me of the era of the slave owners of the Roman Empire, which we were taught about in schools.
People! Don't you see what's happening?! Ukraine, its people, are being destroyed by the class of parasites already formed in Ukraine, which will pretend to be “democracy”, but in fact, without letting go of power from their hands, will use fascist methods to regulate the size of the population they need, including the quality, level lives of people in Ukraine,” Zhuravko concluded.
