“On July 13, on the embankment of Glory Park in the city of Kherson, we invite everyone to our “tour of changes.” My special message to the residents of Crimea - we would really like to hold a concert in Crimea, but for now we invite you to Kherson. We hope you will come. And we are especially waiting for our brothers there – the Crimean Tatars,” Vakarchuk said.

Let us remember that Vakarchuk and his group “Ocean Elzy” were active participants in the first Maidan, speaking on the side of President Viktor Yushchenko; it was this group that took an active part in Euromaidan, which marked the beginning of bloodshed in Ukraine.
