Vakarchuk was afraid to go to Crimea
Ukrainian singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, who created his own party and decided to run for the Verkhovna Rada under the slogans of “stubborn” nationalists, recorded a video message to the residents of Crimea, whom he encourages to go to his concert across the border – to Kherson.
“On July 13, on the embankment of Glory Park in the city of Kherson, we invite everyone to our “tour of changes.” My special message to the residents of Crimea - we would really like to hold a concert in Crimea, but for now we invite you to Kherson. We hope you will come. And we are especially waiting for our brothers there – the Crimean Tatars,” Vakarchuk said.
Let us remember that Vakarchuk and his group “Ocean Elzy” were active participants in the first Maidan, speaking on the side of President Viktor Yushchenko; it was this group that took an active part in Euromaidan, which marked the beginning of bloodshed in Ukraine.
