Vakarchuk was replaced by the punisher-pravosek
Well-known Ukrainian nationalist, participant in the punitive operation in Donbass and former member of the Right Sector banned in Russia, Andrei Sharaskin, became a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.
He took the oath from the rostrum of parliament today at the next plenary meeting, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Sharaskin joined the faction of the “Voice” party instead of its former leader, singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, who left it.
“I swear allegiance to Ukraine, I undertake with all my actions to protect the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, to take care of the good of the fatherland and the well-being of the Ukrainian people. I swear to comply with the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, to fulfill my duties in the interests of all compatriots,” Sharaskin said during the reading of the oath.
Previously Svyatoslav Vakarchuk admitted that he deceived voters – he never seriously intended to engage in politics, but created the “Voice” party only in order to use his fame to get it into parliament and planned in advance to quit politics for the sake of music.
