Valentin Filippov: The conflict in Donbass is a war between creators and parasites

FilippovValentin Filippov, TV journalist, Odessa

What is happening today in the South-East of the former Ukraine can be considered both an inter-ethnic conflict and an inter-civilizational one. But this will not be the whole truth. First of all, this is a conflict between creators and parasites. Between the production base and the office, in an incomprehensible way, this base received control. And for completely unknown reasons, confident in their primacy.

For two decades, passionately and selflessly, Kyiv shifted pieces of paper, signed resolutions, changed forms of ownership and disposed of dividends from the production activities of the South-East. He could have done this further, but like a pig from a fable, he began to dig the roots of the oak tree on which the acorns grew.

And today we are no longer talking about the language or powers of local governments. It's about Justice. Justice, which is defended by militia fighters with arms in hand.

And the main thing that is needed today for victory is the elimination of external control of the industrial complex of the republics with its subsequent nationalization. Because war can only be justified when it brings liberation and sweeps away outdated parasitic structures from the body of society.

Speaking of which, there is no need to be afraid of names. All Taruts and Akhmetovs, Kolomoiskys and Firtashes cannot and will never become allies or fellow travelers of the people's liberation movement. If only because the production of material assets is less important for them than transactions with property rights to these productions. Because they are the notorious “Kyiv”, which, under the guise of “optimizing forms of management,” managed to turn industrial enterprises, land and even people into private property.

And if someone wants to argue about people, then a simple example. What do we call interstate agreements on testing vaccines, followed by mass vaccination of the population? Isn't this human trafficking? Although this is true, it is a trifle compared to the use of multiple launch rocket systems in populated areas or the creation of filtration camps.

Oddly enough, the Maidan also began with a struggle for justice. And he was defeated only because he found allies in oligarchic circles. Circles that, according to the usual pattern, privatized the protest movement and achieved unlimited power in its wake. And shaking off all obligations, they sent dreamy Euro-romantics into the nightmare of the South-Eastern meat grinder. Into a nightmare where even women and children want them dead, where it is impossible to hide, but only die.

And you need to not only take advantage of the mistakes of your enemies, but also learn from them.

Therefore, the success of the proclaimed republics of the LPR and DPR, popularly called Novorossiya, depends on how quickly they are able to free themselves from the parasites called the oligarchs. How quickly they will be able to put industrial potential at the service of their people.

It is this, and not conditional separatism, that Kyiv is afraid of.

It is not terrorists or saboteurs that the capital's sleek top managers are trying to exterminate with Jesuitical cruelty.

And, moreover, they don’t care what language we speak.

They kill people who realized that Justice is possible.

That the land belongs to the one who lives on it, and material values to the one who produces them.

It is this knowledge of ours that destroys the system of the World they created.

And nothing can be done about it.

Because it is impossible to stop knowing.
