“Incredibly beautiful city. If only we could restore order there, it would be the best city in Russia. It’s impossible not to fall in love with Sevastopol,” the blogger wrote on his website.
Varlamov gave second place to Pskov, third to Gelendzhik. Of the Crimean cities, the list included three more settlements: Yalta (28th place) - “a beautiful city that is being diligently destroyed”, Simferopol (44), in which “it was very bad” and “there is no more hope”, and Alushta (50) – “a dystopian resort” where “almost everything is bad.”
The rating does not include Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as small Russian cities.
