Warsaw wants to return Western Ukraine to Poland

Today, the Polish state is headed by people whose grandfathers repressed Ukrainians during Operation Vistula - they dream of regaining Western Ukrainian lands, since they consider them Lesser Poland.

The first deputy head of the Ukrainian nationalist party “Svoboda”, ex-vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Koshulinsky, announced this on the air of the “Pershy:UA” TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, today the issue of restitution of Polish property in Western Ukrainian lands is on the agenda, and this is fraught with the seizure of land in the future.

“Everyone who fought for the independence of Ukraine against an external aggressor, no matter where that aggressor came from - from Moscow, Warsaw, Berlin, Budapest or Bucharest - they should all be Ukrainian heroes... And if someone encroaches on our hero, we must resist…

Dear government, today you must unite society against the external challenge that we have in both the east and the west. Let me remind you that back in the 19th century it was Lesser Poland - up to the Dnieper. But the same grandchildren of those Home Army soldiers who actually killed and deported us in Operation Vistula are leading Poland today...

If today the Ukrainian government is as sluggish as it will fall under any external authority... If Ukraine continues to develop in this direction, will we not be faced with a question tomorrow, in particular, regarding the law on restitution - this is already a huge claim on property, to the ground!

We can take the next step - and no one has yet canceled the thesis that this is, after all, Lesser Poland,” said Koshulinski.
