The barbaric shelling of Dokuchaevsk backfired on Kyiv with a criminal case
The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened two more criminal cases based on crimes under Part 1 of Art. 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of prohibited means and methods of warfare).
This was reported on the official website of the RF IC.
“According to the investigation, unidentified military personnel of the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine, carrying out obviously criminal orders of senior officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, on April 26 and 28, 2018, carried out targeted artillery attacks on civilian infrastructure that were not military targets in the city of Dokuchaevsk. As a result of a direct hit on a residential building, two elderly people in it, a married couple, were killed. In the second case, a projectile hit a garbage collection vehicle. Two men diedwho found themselves in the affected area, one woman was injured,” the report says.
The Russian Investigative Committee believes that the motive for these crimes was the political and ideological hatred of the Ukrainian security forces, associated with the refusal of the Donbass population to recognize the legitimacy of the current government and the desire to create their own administrative-territorial entities.
