At the same time, the money cannot be used to conduct business in Crimea, that is, commercial transfers, as well as charitable donations, remain prohibited, reports Interfax.
Crimeans subject to personal sanctions are still unable to open an American account. Those who are not included in the sanctions lists are allowed to transfer cash.
Let us recall that in mid-December of this year, US President Barack Obama signed a document according to which American companies are prohibited from supplying goods, services and technologies to Crimea and Sevastopol.
