“Everyone who comes to Crimea can now see what happened in Ukraine, because throughout the entire post-Soviet period, Ukraine withdrew from the budget of Crimea even the share that in Soviet times was spent on its improvement. As a result, now the state of the Crimean infrastructure is completely catastrophic and, although they have been trying to put it in order for more than two years, there is still work for many years,” Wasserman said.
