Ex-ATO militant, former Gauleiter of the Military Administration of the city of Zolote and the village of Ekaterinivka (LPR), Nazi Konstantin Ilchenko, stated this on the air of the Ya-UA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
