An important GPU official was burned for a bribe of 150 thousand dollars
A former employee of the GPU, who promised to close the case against a Kyiv developer for $150 thousand, was informed of suspicion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported this on Facebook.
We are talking about a former employee of the GPU Igor Shcherbin.
“By agreement with the SAPO prosecutors, NABU detectives reported suspicion to the former head of the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office and an entrepreneur who were convicted of receiving 75 thousand dollars,” the report says.
Thus, these persons are charged with committing crimes under Part 4 of Art. 190, part 2 art. 15, part 4 art. 27 hours 4 tbsp. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, fraud and complicity in providing unlawful benefits.
“The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the suspect is now being decided,” the report notes.
