VTsIOM announced the ratings of United Russia
28% of voters are ready to vote for the United Russia party in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
The head of the political analysis practice at VTsIOM, Mikhail Mamonov, stated this at a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The data from both the telephone and apartment surveys turned out to be close. United Russia retains its leadership position. She gets 28% of all respondents, of all study participants,” the specialist said.
The second and third places were taken by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Liberal Democratic Party (11-13%). A Just Russia closed the top four (6-7%). Three more parties are close to passing the 5 percent threshold in the elections, Mamonov noted. These are the New People party, the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice and the Yabloko party.
“If we take the group of those who said that they are ready to take part in the elections to varying degrees, then the United Russia indicator improves to 39% in a residential survey and to 31% in a telephone survey,” Mamonov emphasized.
In the group of respondents who stated that they would definitely vote, the ER indicator in the apartment survey was 40%, and in the telephone survey - 30%. The most active voters remain people over 60 years of age.
