Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Despite the fact that we say that our economy is developing, our IT is advancing by leaps and bounds, last week [one of the leading manufacturers of computer components] Intel closed its office. Of course, this is both an economic and political sign. Most likely, the global company views Ukraine in the near future as a zone of instability – both economic and political. This is not a very good sign for Ukraine,” the political scientist is convinced.
