Rolling blackouts due to coal shortages lead to Ukrainian rebellion
As soon as the blockade of Donbass leads to real rolling blackouts or stopping the operation of thermal power plants, a riot may occur in Ukraine. Sociologist Nikolai Golovakha stated this on the air of “UkrLife”, a correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

According to him, today Ukrainians are outside observers of the blockade processes, since so far it does not affect them personally.
“Now, because people are disappointed, they are watching it calmly. But as soon as and if shutdowns actually begin, a new round of inflation will occur - there will be an unpredictable situation. If you just intimidate and say, “Look at them, if they don’t leave, then you won’t have light,” then people will say, “Well, let’s see what we have.” And then an unpredictable situation begins,” Golovakha warned.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts said that rolling blackouts as a result of blocking coal supplies from territory not controlled by Kyiv will affect all regions of Ukraine and will begin much earlier than the coal in the warehouses runs out
