Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada, instead of PR statements, should develop clear provisions regarding what Petro Poroshenko can agree on at the negotiations on Donbass.
Deputy Andriy Derkach stated this at the conciliation council of parliamentary factions.
