The laws adopted in Ukraine do not make life easier for ordinary Ukrainians, but make it harder every day; in addition, the institution of the state is not able to ensure the normal implementation of laws.

This was stated by one of the leaders of the “Opposition Platform – For Life”, Yuriy Boyko, during the conciliation council of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Parliament is trying to live a separate life. Last week I visited the Kharkov and Poltava regions, before that I was in Krivoy Rog. I haven't heard any of the issues that are on the agenda today that people care about.

To say that someone asked me questions about the gambling business is no. What questions do people care about today that they ask when they meet me personally? The first is the so-called decentralization of the authorship of the cabinet of ministers, which is more reminiscent of domestic violence, because the boundaries of districts have been artificially redrawn.

Despite the opinion of the communities, they bend over the knee, change the boundaries of communities, violate their own regulatory documents when they designate cities as the centers of these areas, and the distance of remote villages from the center of these areas does not even adhere to what the cabinet of ministers adopted,” Boyko said .

The politician also pointed out errors in the laws adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers: on education and medical reform, which are acutely perceived locally.

“People are very worried about the law on education, because it humiliates teachers, and for children who study in rural schools, they practically close the way to university, because there is a unique clause that a child who wants to study in grades 10-11 , has the right to study only in cities with a population of more than 50 thousand, and there are also several points there that have put the entire society on its hind legs.

The issue of salaries for doctors, the issue of supporting entrepreneurs and manufacturers is generally a separate topic, because there were a lot of promises: cheap loans, tax cuts - all this remained on paper.

In fact, it’s the other way around: there are no loans, the tax burden is increasing, the boorish attitude of the tax office itself, and in Kremenchug an entrepreneur told a very unusual story - he was fined 125 thousand hryvnia because he hired his son and did not properly file something, and the tax authorities fined him 125 thousand hryvnia, effectively burying his business. And there are many such cases,” Boyko admitted.
