The Verkhovna Rada will not allow peacekeepers to enter Donbass

Political expert Vladimir Volya stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Volcker formula faces the same fate as the Steinmeier formula, which reached a dead end in October 2016 - for the simple reason that there is a problem in implementing the political part of the Minsk agreements. As long as our parliament remains in this composition (and this is no secret to anyone in the West), we can hardly expect that there will be any progress in the implementation of the political part of the Minsk agreements. This means that everything else also becomes hostage to the political part,” Volya believes.
