“In order to perpetuate the memory of the soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine who died on August 31, 2015 at the walls of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, defending freedom and democracy in Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Condemn manifestations of violence and terrorism for political or other reasons.
2. Instruct the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to consider the issue of creating a memorial plaque near the walls of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine indicating the full name. four dead soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine: Debrina I.A., Slastnikova D.A., Kostin A.S., Datsyuk B.V.,” says the adopted document.
Let us recall that the National Guardsmen died from a grenade explosion thrown by protesters who opposed the adoption in parliament of a law providing for amendments to the Constitution in accordance with the obligations assumed by Ukraine in Minsk.
