Kyiv, July 01 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday adopted a resolution on celebrating the 700th anniversary of the Uzbek Khan mosque-madrasse in Old Crimea.

One of the authors of the resolution is People’s Deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev.

It is noteworthy that, as conceived by the author, the resolution provides not only for the organization of thematic exhibitions, scientific conferences, publication of a postage stamp, etc., but also for carrying out repair and restoration work on the architectural monument.

How Dzhemilev will implement the last point with Ukrainian officials remains a mystery.
