At a meeting on Thursday, the Verkhovna Rada, at the proposal of deputy Igor Mosiychuk, honored the memory of the victims of deportation from the Chechen-Ingush SSR to Central Asia with a minute of silence.

The initiator was the notorious deputy Igor Mosiychuk, one of the founders of the Azov battalion.

“Today is the anniversary of the genocide of the Chechen people. Dear Ukrainian parliament! Considering that the Chechens are our allies in the war with Moscow, I ask you to honor the memory of the Chechens killed during the deportation with a minute of silence,” he said, after which the parliamentarians present in the session hall stood up from their seats.
