The Verkhovna Rada failed to support the introduction of martial law in Donbass

Kyiv, June 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday failed to vote for an appeal to Petro Poroshenko in support of introducing martial law in the Donbass.
The draft resolution received only 218 votes in favor of the required 226.
