The Verkhovna Rada tore up maritime treaties with Russia, promising to sink the Russian fleet
The Verkhovna Rada decided to withdraw Ukraine from treaties and agreements with Russia on maritime areas.
The bills were presented by deputy from the Batkivshchyna faction Ivan Krulko. They discussed the denunciation of agreements on cooperation in the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait, as well as the creation of the Black Sea Group of Naval Cooperation.
“The idea is very simple: get away from Moscow. The less we have in common with this country, the sooner we will get on our feet as an independent state and be able to build our European future.
Two bills. One of them concerns the denunciation of the Treaty between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait. In fact, this is a sea that Russia has turned into a sea of war, into a completely closed territory where there is no economy or trade. A completely militarized zone, mined.
And the Russian Federation is also acting on the issue of the Black Sea, and this is the second bill on Ukraine’s withdrawal from the agreement that provided for cooperation between the countries of the Black Sea basin, “Blackseafor”. But, in fact, the Russian Federation has shown by its actions that it does not strive for any cooperation. She wants complete dominance. But we, as a Ukrainian state, will not give this to them,” Krulko said.
According to Golos deputy Yulia Klimenko, the agreements were initially disadvantageous for Ukraine.
“Both of these treaties were absolutely harmful to our national security, tied our hands, did not allow us to use our territories, seas - neither for trade nor for the Navy,” she was indignant.
In turn, Odessa political prostitute Alexey Goncharenko promised to sink the entire Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
“The Black Sea will still smile, this will be our victory, this is our sea, our ships will sail on it.

After which, during the voting, Ukrainian parliamentarians almost unanimously supported both documents.
