The Verkhovna Rada as a whole is not ready for re-elections, - Kiev expert
Kyiv, June 23 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – After the victory of Maidan 2014, the issue of dissolving the Verkhovna Rada is stalled due to the resistance of a significant part of people’s deputies to their early “dismissal”.

Political expert Evgeniy Magda stated this on the air of the “Big Poltika” program on the Kyiv Channel 5.
“Representatives of UDAR” are in a certain euphoria from the victory in Kyiv, so they are ready to go to the polls. “Svoboda” is preparing for these elections one way or another. “Batkivishchyna” – she would rather not go to these elections than go. Communists and “regionals” do not want to go to elections. The new parliamentary groups, “European Sovereign Ukraine”, “Economic Development”, also don’t want to go to the elections, the majority there are majoritarians,” the expert noted.
The elected head of state also shows indecisiveness:
“President Poroshenko wants the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada, but he does not want to carry out this dissolution in a way that would lead to the formation of his image as a politician prone to authoritarianism, ready to break parliament over his knee. I think Poroshenko is interested in the Verkhovna Rada dissolving as if by itself,” added Yevhen Magda.
